Dr. Alyssa Demeule earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy through an accelerated program at Quinnipiac University in Hamden CT.

Alyssa has gained experience treating diverse patient populations in multiple settings including pelvic health, orthopedics, vestibular, geriatrics, and neurological conditions. She is extremely passionate about pelvic floor physical therapy, and puts her energy toward educating people and advocating for the growth of the specialty. She has completed continuing education training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation to further her clinical skills. Alyssa became interested in treating pelvic health conditions after her own experience in pelvic floor therapy dealing with chronic pelvic pain. This allows her to empathize and connect with her patients as she guides them through their own pelvic rehabilitation journey.

Dr. Alicia Jeffrey-Thomas has been a pelvic floor physical therapist for over seven years and has experience working with people of all genders and ages with pelvic health diagnoses. She isn’t one to shy away from taboo topics. From bladder problems to bowel movements to sex, Alicia is always game to talk through the dirty details to help patients figure out what’s going on “down there.” To this end, she has created and directed multiple social media platforms where she spreads evidence based pelvic health information in humorous and relatable ways. Her page, @ThePelvicDanceFloor, has over 1 MILLION combined followers between Instagram and Tiktok. She and her content have been featured in podcasts, magazines, blogs, and on television.

Alicia is originally from Florida and received both her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy as well as her bachelors in Health Science from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She obtained her Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace. She is also certified in functional dry needling. Alicia moved to Massachusetts at the end of 2018 and weirdly enough, her favorite thing about the northeast is the weather. She lives in West Roxbury with her husband, Michael and dog, Cady. In her spare time, she loves traveling, skiing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants in Boston.

Dr. Danielle Kearney earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac University in Hamden CT.

Danielle has ten years experience treating a diverse patient population including orthopedics, geriatrics, post op, and pelvic health patients. Growing up as an athlete, initially she was drawn to PT to help patients return to sport and preferred activities after injury. Since becoming a mom, this passion shifted to pelvic health to take an active role in providing women with the appropriate and necessary care to optimize their recovery. She has completed continuing education classes through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation and Mass General Institute of Health Professionals.

Danielle grew up nearby in Framingham, MA and enjoys DIY house projects, playing soccer and cooking in her spare time. She lives in Medway, MA with her husband and two sons.

Dr. Rachel Schacht earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland in 2014 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hunter College in New York City in 2017.

Rachel has experience treating a diverse patient population including pelvic health, orthopedics, post surgical recovery, geriatrics and pediatrics. She has always been passionate about human anatomy and movement science, which serves as the driving force behind the desire to help people overcome their health challenges through exercise. She has completed continuing education classes through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation, the Institution of Physical Art (CoreFirst Strategies) and Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. She is also certified in pilates mat and is excited to further her manual therapy certification in the future.

Rachel grew up in Michigan, and is thrilled to be growing her family here in New England. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and daughter Nora in Sharon, MA.
